On Saturday October 10th, 2015, over 65 K-12 educators from all the metro Atlanta area came to the Georgia Tech campus to participate in the professional development conference entitled “Bridging the STEM Educational Gap for Latinos in Georgia.”
This summer, hundreds of K-12 students descended upon the Georgia Tech campus to participate in the summer enrichment opportunities offered by CEISMC (Center for Education Integrating Science, Mathematics, and Computing).
This summer 23 students participated in Fun Summer of Service! Fun Summer of Service (FSOS) is a two-week summer program for rising 9th through 12th grade Meadowcreek High School students.
The 4th Annual Latino College and STEM Fair was held at the Georgia Tech Student Center on March 19th, 2016 as part of the Atlanta Science Festival, a week-long celebration hosting 100 individual STEM-related events throughout the city.
