GoSTEM Speakers Bureau:
Georgia Tech faculty interested in outreach opportunities with GoSTEM can also register for our Speakers Bureau.
These opportunities allow faculty to:
- Promote their STEM discipline and share their story
- Be a role model
- Inspire Latino students
- Participate in our Annual Latino College & STEM Fair.
- Help strengthen the pipeline of Latino students to Georgia Tech!

Alumni Engagement
GoSTEM provides Georgia Tech alumni with opportunities to develop partnerships, engage with our programs and give back! GoSTEM - Alumni partnerships provide opportunities to develop programs that impact K-12 Latino students. GT alumni can also participate in GoSTEM programs and connect with GT faculty, students and our K-12 community through our Speaker’s Bureau. Engaging with our program allows you to impact directly hundreds of students and:
- Talk about your career path in STEM
- Be a role model
- Inspire Latino students
- Connect with GT faculty and students, and K-12 students and their educators
- help strengthen the pipeline of Latino students to Georgia Tech!

Speaker Requests
If you are a teacher, a school administrator, or work with an organization that serves K-12 students and their families, GoSTEM can help connect you to a speaker or presenter for a science night, career day, or other event.
If you are interested in any of these outreach opportunities, please contact Michael Turner at michael.turner@ceismc.gatech.edu.
Please note that requests for speakers must be made a minimum of 30 days in advance of your event. While GoSTEM works closely with Georgia Tech faculty, students, and alumni, and we will do our best to find a speaker for you, we cannot guarantee their availability.
